"Total ended up being higher than expected"
I was frustrated because the price I saw at checkout wasn’t the final amount I ended up paying. Extra charges seemed to show up after the fact, so it felt like the total wasn’t really clear when I booked. With other travel sites I’ve used, like Expedia or Booking.com, the final cost is usually easier to understand before you confirm. I booked thinking I knew the full price, but that wasn’t the case. I don’t think I’ll use Reservations.com again.

"Ended Up Finding a Better Deal Somewhere Else"
I started out checking their rates because I figured they might have a decent offer, and at first everything seemed fine. But after looking around a bit and comparing a few other places, I realized I could get a cheaper rate elsewhere. Nothing terrible about the experience, just not the best deal I found.

"Customer service was honestly no help..."
I tried getting help with my booking, and wow... it was just frustrating!!! The person I spoke with didn’t really answer my questions, and I kept feeling like we were going in circles?? Nothing got cleared up, and I ended the chat more annoyed than when I started. Not helpful at all.....

I ended up being charged more than the price I was shown, and when I reached out to support, they just kept giving excuses instead of actually fixing it. I get that mistakes happen, but it’s only fair to honor the price customers are shown or at least make it right without making people chase for answers.

"Booking on my phone was frustrating"
I tried booking on my phone and it was such a hassle. It took way too long, then parts of it wouldn’t load right, and I kept having to go back and retry things. Maybe it works better on a computer, I don’t know, but on mobile it was just annoying

I tried calling support and nobody answered, which was really frustrating. I ended up having to waste extra time figuring things out on my own, that’s the last thing I wanted to deal with.

"Didn’t feel trustworthy to me"
As someone who usually plans trips carefully, I was uncomfortable after booking through Reservations.com. The final price wasn’t what I thought it was going to be, and the whole process felt more confusing than it needed to be. I ended up calling the hotel myself just to make sure my reservation was actually there, which isn’t something I should have to do. Maybe other people have had better luck, but it didn’t feel legit to me, and I wouldn’t use it again.

"The final price was a surprise"
I booked a room through reservations.com because I thought I’d found a decent rate, and I was trying to get everything handled before dinner that night. But once I got closer to checkout, the taxes and extra fees were way higher than I expected. Maybe I missed something, but it really wasn’t clear upfront, and it felt a little sneaky. I ended up feeling like the deal wasn’t much of a deal at all, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

I couldn’t really tell, like, whether I’d actually get a refund or not. The rules just weren’t explained clearly enough, so I ended up feeling confused about the whole thing.

"Availability Wasn’t Accurate"
I booked a room on reservations.com because it showed as available, but later found out it actually wasn’t. I was already in a stressed mood that day, so having to call around and rearrange plans at the last minute made it even more frustrating. It’s really annoying when the site says one thing and the hotel says another. I wouldn’t really trust the availability info again.

I emailed about my booking and the replies took forever. When they did answer, it felt like they had not even read my message. Nothing was really helpful. Frustrating.

I booked a room through Reservations.com that clearly showed 2 queen beds, and everything looked confirmed, so I figured we were good. Got to the hotel and suddenly they had me listed for 1 king instead. The front desk basically said the info they got was wrong and they were completely sold out. Cool, great, love that for me. It turned into a long night with no real help from customer service, and I’m not using them again.

I had an issue with my reservation and Reservations.com just kept passing me around like nobody wanted to deal with it. I spent so much time and energy trying to get someone to actually help, and in the end nothing got fixed and I still lost money. Really frustrating support when you actually need them.

I booked expecting the confirmation to come through like usual, but it never showed up. When I got to the hotel, they had no record of it either, which was stressful. I’m usually careful about having proof of Reservations.com because I don’t like taking chances with travel plans, so this was a real headache

I reached out to customer service a few times, but no one ever got back to me. From my experience, it felt like my messages were just being ignored, which was frustrating.

I booked a hotel through Reservations.com because the price seemed decent at the time. The checkout page looked standard to me, but afterward I noticed some extra service fees that I really don’t remember being made all that obvious.
In the end, the total was higher than what I probably would’ve paid if I had just booked directly with the hotel. I reached out to support, but they weren’t very helpful and mostly just repeated the policy back to me.
Maybe I missed something in the fine print, but it still felt kind of sneaky and frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

"Still waiting for my refund"
I booked through Reservations.com and ended up having to cancel because my schedule got messed up last minute. They told me the refund was on the way, so I tried to be patient, but it’s been weeks now and I still haven’t seen anything. I’ve contacted support a few times, and they just keep giving me the same answer, which doesn’t help. Maybe I should’ve followed up sooner, but I was busy and figured it would be handled by now. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll use them again.

I booked a room thinking I had the total figured out, but then extra fees suddenly showed up at confirmation. It felt misleading, especially because they weren’t easy to spot earlier. On top of that, I had to wait in a queue just to get help sorting it out, which made the whole thing even more annoying. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they make the pricing a lot clearer upfront.
